Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership qualities and uphold ALDI core values.
• Supervise store operations to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Manage staffing levels and schedules effectively.
• Provide guidance and training to team members.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
