Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role within our company.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and ensure top-notch customer service standards are maintained.
- Implement company strategies and uphold core values to foster a cohesive team environment.
- Manage staffing needs, schedules, and operational plans while mentoring and developing team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure efficient resolution of concerns.
- Maintain store signage, product quality, and inventory levels.
- Conduct personnel hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor budget targets, manage cash audits, and recommend competitive adjustments.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Prior experience in retail management is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, provide exceptional customer service, and interpret company policies.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for training purposes.
