Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role within our company.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure top-notch customer service standards are maintained.
• Implement company strategies and uphold core values to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Manage staffing needs, schedules, and operational plans while mentoring and developing team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure efficient resolution of concerns.
• Maintain store signage, product quality, and inventory levels.
• Conduct personnel hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor budget targets, manage cash audits, and recommend competitive adjustments.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior experience in retail management is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, provide exceptional customer service, and interpret company policies.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for training purposes.
