Manager, IT Program Management

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Manager, IT Program Management at Nestlé Information Technology. In this role, you will lead and manage programs and projects to ensure they meet the defined objectives and align with business goals. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from discovery to successful execution, while effectively communicating with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define program governance and structure for stakeholder engagement.
• Integrate across multiple functions within IT and business to drive project execution.
• Create integrated project plans and articulate status, risks, and issues at all levels.
• Anticipate and address project issues, risks, and needs proactively.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and budget management.
• Support the capability building efforts for the PMO team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in major IT projects and programs.
• 2+ years of experience in gathering requirements as a business analyst.
• Industry certification in PMP and/or Agile Scrum is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $161,000.00 to $184,000.00 along with performance-based incentives, 401k with company match, healthcare coverage, and other benefits.
