Job Description

RuffleButts Inc., a leading children's apparel brand, is seeking a Manager Wholesale/B2B Manager to oversee key accounts, e-tailers, and independent store wholesale businesses. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external sales teams, develop sales plans, manage seasonal budgets, analyze sales data, and ensure key account and specialty account management. Additionally, you will lead a team, focus on online wholesale platforms, and identify opportunities for process automation to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies, manage existing accounts, and identify new wholesale opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product presentations, order management, and shipping activities.
  • Maintain relationships with retail partners, external sales reps, and ensure wholesale KPIs are met.
  • Lead and develop a team, focus on online B2B platforms, and drive process automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role within a fashion brand.
  • Existing relationships with retail partners and knowledge of Faire and NuOrder.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, or related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Location

DFW area preferred; in-office presence required 2 days per week.
