Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Master Plumber to join our team at Berkshire Mechanical. In this role, you will perform diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light-commercial environments, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve customer plumbing problems efficiently.
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems following safety guidelines.
- Install and repair pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances.
- Interpret blueprints and plan pipe installations accordingly.
- Ensure proper stocking and maintenance of company vehicle and tools.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma and formal plumbing training.
- Minimum seven years of plumbing experience.
- Plumbing and/or gas license as per regulations.
- EPA and safety certifications.
- Proficiency in national, state, and local plumbing codes.
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction tools.
- Effective communication and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours.
- Physical capability to lift and maneuver in various environments.
