Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanic I to join Cargill's protein and salt business in Albert Lea, MN. This full-time position offers a salary of $26.60/hr with 1st and 2nd shift options available. As part of the global team dedicated to sustainable food production, you will be responsible for maintaining production machinery, ensuring food safety and quality, and upholding cleanliness standards.

Principal Accountabilities

• Performing maintenance on machinery using hand tools
• Upholding food safety and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Previous production maintenance and welding experience
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Cargill experience
• Recent work history within the past 12 months
