Job Description

Zeon Chemicals is looking for a skilled Mechanical Integrity and Reliability Engineer to join our team at the Louisville, KY plant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and managing a predictive maintenance program across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring equipment reliability and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage predictive maintenance programs including vibration analysis, infrared testing, ultrasonic testing, and oil analysis.
  • Oversee Mechanical Integrity programs and ensure compliance across all sites.
  • Lead the Corporate Reliability Team and manage 3rd party inspection contractors.
  • Analyze equipment data, develop asset management strategies, and recommend innovative technologies for predictive maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in predictive maintenance and data analysis in a chemical/petrochemical setting.
  • Certifications in Vibration Analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound analysis preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP CMMS and PSM experience desirable.
