The Bungalows At Chesterfield Village is currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Med Techs to join their team. As a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of residents. This position involves providing medication care assistance, communicating with resident support services and families, and maintaining clinical quality assurance while embodying the wellness principles at the core of Phoenix programs and services.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Med Tech include identifying resident needs through assessments, ensuring proper documentation for clinical care changes, assisting with monthly wellness visits, reporting medication or service level changes, and providing essential resident care support.

Requirements

• Must be a certified Medication Aide or meet state requirements.
• Minimum one year of experience with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
