Job Description

The Pearl at Dallas is looking for dedicated Med Techs to join their team. As a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. This position involves providing medication care assistance/administration, maintaining clinical quality assurance, and supporting various resident care services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address the ongoing needs of residents through assessments.
• Assist in documenting residents' changing clinical care needs.
• Support with completing clinical sections of wellness visits and Personalized Service Plans.
• Report changes in medication or service levels promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in obtaining vital signs and weights for residents.
• Provide personalized care as required.

Requirements

• Must be a certified Medication Aide or meet state requirements.
• Minimum of one year working with elderly or disabled individuals (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing (preferred).
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak service hours.
