Media Production Specialist

Job Description

As a Media Production Specialist at ACS Technologies, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging multimedia content for eLearning courses. Your role involves setting and maintaining standards for video production, collaborating with subject matter experts, and overseeing the entire multimedia content creation process. You will be responsible for producing high-quality instructional videos, managing creative projects efficiently, and staying updated with emerging tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop multimedia content for eLearning courses.
• Establish and uphold standards for style, recording, editing, and producing online training videos.
• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers and subject matter experts to align content with learning objectives.
• Produce, capture, and edit eLearning video and multimedia content.
• Create storyboards and prototypes for online videos, tutorials, and simulations.
• Work with teams to articulate production processes, communicate issues, and suggest improvements.
• Manage creative projects within time and cost constraints.
• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and train staff on equipment and software.
• Stay updated on emerging tools and techniques for multimedia production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Film & Video Production.
• 3+ years of experience in developing visually outstanding video tutorials and e-learning courses.
• Must be located close to Florence, SC as this is not a remote position.
• Intermediate proficiency in graphics programs (Adobe Creative Cloud preferred).
• Experience with Adobe Captivate, Final Cut Pro, Motion, and/or Camtasia Studio.
• Ability to learn new software applications and development tools.
• Skills in creating motion/vector graphics-based content and using social communication platforms.
• Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities to tackle complex content challenges.
