Job Description
HealthSource of Ohio is looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care, communicating effectively with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and co-workers.
- Room patients and obtain visit information.
- Perform front-office and back-office duties.
- Handle medication and pre-authorizations.
Requirements
- Completion of a Medical Assisting program required.
- CMA/RMA certification preferred.
- Active BLS certification required.
- EMR experience preferred.
