Job Title: Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,500 - $65,500 (BOE)

Location: Gallup, New Mexico

Summary: The Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator at Santa Fe Recovery Center will work under the supervision of the Director of Prevention & Recovery. Responsibilities include ensuring project goals are achieved, providing support to outpatient staff, coordinating MAT service delivery, developing communication materials, and supporting training activities in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the MAT team and administrative services.
• Establish new MAT locations and facilitate care delivery appointments.
• Participate in grant-funded activities and community outreach.
• Promote patient engagement and oversee facility operations.
• Develop and conduct educational presentations on the MAT program.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelors or Associates in Public Health, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of two years working with the SUD population.
• Bi-lingual/bi-cultural (Navajo/English) preferred.
• Valid New Mexico driver's license.
