Med/Surg Charge RN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Med/Surg Charge RN to join our team at Upson Regional Medical Center. This full-time position involves working nights from 7P-7A, 3 shifts per week. The RN Clinical Charge Nurse will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the unit to ensure the safe delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee unit activities on the assigned shift.
• Provide excellent patient care and take on modified care assignments as needed.
• Act as a resource for other staff members.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Minimum of one year of Med/Surg experience.
• Current RN license in Georgia, BLS, ACLS certifications.
• Advanced clinical expertise.
