Member Experience Specialist- Dual role as Teller/Banker

Job Description

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Member Experience Specialist to join our team at Kirtland Federal Credit Union. In this dual role as a teller and banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, handling various financial transactions, and promoting our range of products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with members to ensure a superior member experience.
• Carry out teller transactions, cash handling, account maintenance, and account openings efficiently and accurately.
• Assist members with loan applications and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
• Maintain a cash drawer, follow Credit Union policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support the Credit Union's mission, vision, and service standards through exemplary member service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience in cash handling, customer service, and sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of lending operations and consumer deposit products is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications and multitasking abilities.
