Join our team at 4Front Credit Union as a Member Service Representative at our Hastings branch! As a vital part of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, promoting Credit Union products, and maintaining professional relationships with our members.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

• Assume responsibility for the professional performance of financial service functions.
• Present and explain Credit Union services and products to members, assisting them with their financial needs.
• Establish and maintain effective business relations with members, keeping them informed of services and policies.
• Coordinate and work collaboratively with area personnel and management.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Understanding of financial services and products.
• Related office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, public relations, and computer skills.
