Job Description
We are hiring a Membership Services and Outside Events Manager at NorthStone Country Club LLC. This position plays a crucial role in member engagement and communication, coordinating major Club events, managing the Club's online presence, and conducting outside sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field, along with five years of experience in the industry. Exceptional communication skills, marketing knowledge, and proficiency in various software tools are required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Club members to build relationships and gather feedback.
- Coordinate major Club events and oversee event registration and execution.
- Manage the Club's website content and social media platforms.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Club's services.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Resort Management, or related field.
- Five years of experience in the hospitality, resort, or hotel industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, graphics software, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong goal-setting skills.
