Mental Health Therapist 2 (Underfill) - Enhanced Care Services - Relocation Offered

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Mental Health Therapist 2 (Underfill) to join our team at Marion County Health & Human Services (MCHHS) in Salem, OR. As a clinician for our Enhanced Care Services (ECS) and Enhanced Care Outreach Services (ECOS) programs, you will provide behavioral health services to individuals with complex mental health disorders, aiming to support their recovery and transition to less intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and treatment for individuals and families, including crisis intervention services.
• Develop and implement Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Individualized Service Plans, Behavioral Support Plans, and Crisis Plans.
• Provide therapy, case management, and group sessions based on Individualized Service Plans.
• Coordinate transition and discharge planning with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation as per Marion County HHS policy.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, OR bachelor's degree in Nursing or Occupational Therapy licensed in Oregon.
• At least one year of post-Master's degree experience for Mental Health Therapist 2.
• Licensed by Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors or equivalent within 30 days of employment.
• Ability to work in a team, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to ethical standards.
