Mental Health Therapist Clinical Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Mental Health Therapist Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Southwest Center for HIV AIDS INC. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will be an essential part of our multi-disciplinary clinical team, overseeing staff clinicians and interns to deliver evidence-based therapy services in a culturally reactive manner, ensuring inclusive and compassionate care for clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee caseloads, productivity, and board requirements of staff clinicians and interns.
• Coordinate and facilitate patient care through assessment, evaluation, planning, and implementation.
• Drive personal vehicle for client visits in the community.
• Provide direct supervision to the Behavioral Health team and support onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• Master's degree in social work or related healthcare field.
• Independently licensed from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• 5+ years of counseling experience and 3+ years as a Clinical Supervisor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
