As part of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to provide individual, family, and group therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. We are seeking a passionate professional who is eager to help others achieve emotional wellness through evidence-based approaches. Our diverse treatment methods include animal-assisted therapy, Gottman Couples counseling, EMDR, and more.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate records and adapt treatment strategies when needed.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• State license as a mental health therapist with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary range of $58,000-$62,000 per year, with benefits and paid time off included.
