Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Respiratory Services to lead the Respiratory Care department at Kettering Health Network. As part of our not-for-profit health system, you will oversee the operations of CardioPulmonary at Sycamore Medical and Respiratory at Franklin Emergency Department. Your responsibilities include managing supply inventory, expense budgets, productivity, education, licensure, and daily operations while exemplifying KHN's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage CardioPulmonary and Respiratory departments.
• Oversee supply inventory, expense budgets, productivity, education, and licensure.
• Demonstrate leadership in network initiatives and as a role model for KHN's values.

Requirements

• Graduate of a 2-4 year AMA-approved Respiratory Program.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in the Respiratory field.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably at KHN.
• Required licenses: Respiratory Therapist, Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (Ohio), RRT Credentials, active AARC member.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
