Job Description

Aspire Health Partners is looking for a dedicated Mobile Crisis Clinician to join our team. As a Mobile Crisis Clinician, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and referring individuals seeking mental health or substance abuse services. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, providing crisis intervention, making appropriate referrals, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
• Assign accurate DSM-5 diagnoses.
• De-escalate crisis situations effectively.
• Provide referrals to internal and external programs.
• Maintain required job credentials.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Services preferred.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• At least 1 year of experience working with the target population.
• Ability to pass a Level II Background clearance.
