Job Description
We are currently seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicer to join Kirtland Credit Union within our Home Loan Center. As part of the team, you will be responsible for all aspects of mortgage loan servicing and support, working with various types of mortgages and ensuring exceptional member service in alignment with the credit union's values.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective mortgage servicing activities.
- Communicate and share knowledge with team members.
- Execute other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
- Knowledge of Mortgage Origination, Loan Processing, Title & Escrow, and banking fundamentals.
- Five years of experience in Mortgage Servicing/Processing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
