MRI Supervisor - Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated MRI Supervisor to join our Radiology team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As the Team Leader for our MRI department, you will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all MRI operations to guarantee technical excellence and compliance.
• Assist in employee scheduling to meet patient volume demands.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process of new staff members.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
• Perform duties as an MRI Technologist when required.
• Participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent from an approved Medical Radiographic Program.
• Advanced certification in MRI.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant modality.
• Supervisory skills/experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
