Job Description
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MRI/CT Imaging Technologist to join our team at Scott County Hospital. As an integral part of our Imaging Department, you will play a crucial role in providing safe, high-quality diagnostic medical imaging services to support the diagnosis of diseases and injuries.
Responsibilities
As an MRI/CT Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for performing MRI and CT procedures with precision and adherence to established protocols. Your duties will include conducting diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, maintaining equipment, and collaborating closely with healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- Certified by ARRT in Radiography, CT, and/or MRI.
- Active Kansas State License and BLS certification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for patient care, excellent interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of medical imaging technologies, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Equipment
Experience with CR/DR, CT & Processing Software, C-Arm, MRI, PACS, EMR, and other relevant imaging equipment is preferred.
Expectation of Service
This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, including rotating call coverage for Diagnostic Imaging and CT. Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
