Multisystemic Therapist - MST

Job Description

Highfields Inc. is seeking a dedicated Multisystemic Therapist (MST) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with youth aged 12-17, implementing strength and evidence-based behavior models to support their well-being. The position offers flexibility with 15 to 18 hours per week of face-to-face services, the ability to set your schedule, and the option to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Eligible for State Licensure
• Prior experience working with youth
