National Coordinator, Election Protection (KY, Wisconsin, Ohio)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as the National Coordinator for Election Protection. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in defending democracy and promoting equal access to the ballot box.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement voter protection and voting rights initiatives in Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Ohio.
- Engage and expand state election protection coalitions.
- Support legislative advocacy and create public education materials.
- Monitor the implementation of new voting laws and educate the public about voting rules.
- Recruit, train, and deploy field volunteers and facilitate coalition meetings.
- Navigate and maintain relationships with coalition partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure programmatic success.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of democracy-related campaign experience.
- Strong problem-solving and coalition-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing volunteers preferred.
- Reside in and be committed to travel to Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Ohio.
