Job Description
Centria Autism is looking for a motivated and organized New Site Opening Manager to oversee the successful staging and opening of new facilities providing services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. This role involves project management, facility preparation, and ensuring smooth center openings within budget and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction or site openings, multi-site project management experience, and proficiency in technology tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans for new facility openings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assess site suitability and coordinate all operational aspects for facility readiness.
- Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for daily operations.
- Manage external staging teams and contractors during the preparation process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in construction or site openings.
- Multi-site project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- Approximately 80% travel required.
- Occasional non-traditional work hours may be necessary.
- Flexible travel schedule to accommodate project needs.
Physical Demands
Physical requirements include bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Close visual acuity and data analysis on screens may be needed.
