NEW Site Opening Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism Services. In this role, you will be overseeing the successful staging and openings of new facilities catering to clients with autism spectrum disorder. Your responsibilities will include project management, facility preparation, and ensuring flawless execution of tasks to provide a positive customer service experience for team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
• Multi-site project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Approximately 80% travel required.
• Occasional non-traditional work hours may be necessary.
