Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of New Site Opening Manager at Centria Autism. As our New Site Opening Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful staging and opening of new facilities dedicated to providing essential services to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your responsibilities will include project management, coordinating with various teams and vendors, assessing site suitability, and ensuring facility readiness within designated budgets.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage project plans for new facility openings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assess site suitability and coordinate planning with internal departments.
- Procure necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for daily operations.
- Manage external staging team and contractors during the site opening process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
- Multi-site project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- Approximately 80% travel required.
- Flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Physical Demands
Physical requirements include bending, reaching, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Close visual acuity and data analysis skills are essential.
