Job Description
New Western is seeking a licensed Investment Real Estate Acquisition Agent to join our dynamic team. As an Acquisition Agent, you will play a critical role in identifying off-market and on-market properties for acquisition, utilizing your expertise in real estate combined with our resources to grow our inventory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire properties through market analysis and negotiation.
- Work closely with our in-house marketing team and a network of sales agents to facilitate property sales.
- Utilize proprietary software and resources to maximize acquisition opportunities.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Strong analytical skills and market knowledge.
- Proven track record as a dealmaker and negotiator.
