Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Nurse Aides to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in resident conditions and recommend appropriate care adjustments.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Support residents in life skills and enriching activities, maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills are essential.
• Previous experience with seniors is preferred.
• Effective communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities are required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
