Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Coordinator (RN) specializing in Gynecologic Oncology to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, offers day shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clinical practice activities through educational programs and clinical problem-solving.
- Provide patient care in collaboration with clinical personnel.
- Ensure patient needs are met in line with customer service standards and JCAHO expectations.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals for seamless patient care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of UR/Case Management/Navigation experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and CPR Certification from the American Heart Association.
