Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Coordinator (RN) specializing in GYN Oncology to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position is based in Baltimore, MD, with day shifts from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Summary
The Nurse Coordinator collaborates with clinical personnel to coordinate practice activities, develop educational programs, and solve clinical issues. They provide patient-centered care, act as a liaison between departments, and ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
- 3 years of UR/Case Management/Navigation experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification required.
