Position Summary:
The Nurse (LPN/RN) at Calumet Trace Senior Living is responsible for safely administering medications and treatments to our residents with professionalism and care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document on the 24-hour communication reports
- Maintain resident alert status
- Maintain confidentiality
- Notify relevant parties of resident changes
- Assist with medication records and orders
- Monitor medications
Requirements:
- Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN)
- Experience working with elderly population preferred
- Proficiency in English
- CPR certification
- Passing Background Check
