Responsibilities

• Manage patient needs at on-site clinics.
• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Participate in continuous learning and collaboration with clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care setting.
• State licensed in New York.
