Job Description
We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a staff nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients, collaborate with the healthcare team, and maintain a safe environment for patient care. The role requires compliance with nursing standards and protocols, development and implementation of care plans, and keeping abreast of current practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or compact state.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
