Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, offering day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse at Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in compliance with established standards and protocols. You will develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans while collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, possess current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, and have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards of practice and organization protocols.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation program.
