Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, ensuring a safe patient environment. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, along with specific experience in Emergency Services.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain clinical competency and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues for quality care delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certifications within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
