Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Nursing Graduate to join the dynamic team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain a safe patient care environment. In this role, you will develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans, ensuring the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs of patients and their families are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and organization protocols.
- Assess patients for changes affecting recovery and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Create a safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
- Certifications: BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within a year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
