Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position will involve working in the Emergency Room with day and night shifts, and weekend commitment. The Staff Nurse will provide nursing care to patients according to established protocols and guidelines, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in adherence to the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and uphold patient safety standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- 2 years of emergency services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Completion of orientation per policy.
