Job Description
LifeBridge Health is currently looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position entails day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekends. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with all regulations and protocols. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, develop care plans, and maintain a safe environment for quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain competency in clinical knowledge and skills.
- Create a safe and supportive patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing desirable.
