We are excited to announce a full-time opportunity for a Nursing Graduate at LifeBridge Health located in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide essential nursing care to patients following Maryland Nurse Practice Act standards and organization protocols. Collaboration with medical staff and ensuring quality care delivery are key aspects of this role. The position entails developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising patient care plans while maintaining competency in current standards of practice. The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a cutting-edge facility with advanced technology for emergency care, including private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a state-of-the-art CT Scanner.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
• Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
