Job Description
We are seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with standards and protocols, collaborating with staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery. The position requires developing, implementing, and revising care plans based on patient needs, maintaining clinical competency, and fostering a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare team for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Create and revise care plans based on patient/family needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
