NURSING GRADUATE at LifeBridge Health
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our dynamic team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organization protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, maintain clinical competency, and create a safe patient environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to facilitate evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat; Emergency Nursing certification desired.
- Completion of orientation program.
