Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts, including weekends. The Staff Nurse will provide nursing care to patients following established protocols and ensuring quality care delivery. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining clinical competency, and promoting a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with standards and guidelines.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality care.
- Ensure a safe and supportive patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
