Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health, specifically at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekends. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. You will collaborate with multiple healthcare professionals to deliver quality care, maintain clinical competency, and ensure a safe patient environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
Unit Details
The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including 29 private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, a CT Scanner, and negative pressure rooms for infectious diseases. Our team provides personalized care and collaborates to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
