Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center requires both day and night shifts, with varying hours including weekends. As a Staff Nurse, you will deliver compassionate care to patients according to the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care based on patient needs and established protocols.
- Assess patients for changes in health status and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Maintain clinical competency to deliver care in line with best practices.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
