Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health's Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position involves day and night shifts with varying hours and a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and protocols. You will work collaboratively with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver high-quality care, focusing on the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs of patients and their families. The role also involves maintaining clinical knowledge and skills competency to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in other acute care settings preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is preferred.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center boasts a state-of-the-art design with advanced technology and amenities tailored for emergency care. Featuring 29 private treatment rooms, the department prioritizes patient comfort and safety. The dedicated providers' station ensures collaborative and personalized patient care. Specialized facilities such as negative pressure rooms for infectious diseases and a behavioral health treatment pod are also available. Additionally, the department houses the latest CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
