NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room involves day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with established protocols and guidelines, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure a safe patient care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs.
• Assess patients for changes that may impact recovery.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other professionals to deliver quality care.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills to support patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing is preferred.
