Summary
The Nursing Graduate will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining clinical competency. The position requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, and specific experience in Emergency Services. Certification in Emergency Nursing is preferred. ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications are required. Successful completion of orientation is essential.
